Elementa’s Commercial Demonstration Plant (CDP) is located in the city of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. It has been in technical evaluation operation for over three years. The early acceptance of our technology by the city, its citizens and its leading organizations, made the Sault an easy choice for our CDP.
We have a developing partnership with Sault College for the creation of training materials and training of operators and technicians. Sault College offers post-secondary programs in Electrical Engineering Technician/Technology – Process Automation and has recently developed study areas for the clean energy sectors. Applied theory is related to computer technology, industrial electronics instrumentation and automated control systems. Graduates are geared toward a career in industrial environments. Recent environmental programs include wind turbines and water treatment facilities.
We plan to roll out a certification program for graduate engineers and technicians. We’re interested in talking to institutions who wish to explore the potential of adding our clean energy from waste technology to their curricula.
